Understanding which division currently has the power and which one is growing in power can make a difference.
The research supports this “rising tides raises all ships” notion.
But if you’re not leveraging it, it might be working against you.
So if you’re in Cohort Alpha, prepare for your call by thinking through:
- How would you assess your current division?
- Which division do you believe will be growing in influence and why?
- Given this assessment, how would you want to plan your current trajectory?
